Rolf Loose-Leonhardt – Industry Expert with an Entrepreneurial Vision
Rolf Loose-Leonhardt has been with Schorn & Groh since 1983. He started his career as an apprentice in wholesale and foreign trade, later advancing his expertise with further training as a certified business specialist (IHK). With decades of experience, he is now a specialist in sales to wholesalers, industry partners, architects, and designers. His extensive knowledge in veneers and custom-cut dimensions enables him to provide customers with expert, solution-oriented advice. Since 2006, Rolf Loose-Leonhardt has been steering Schorn & Groh’s strategic direction as Managing Director, driving the company’s continued development. In addition to his role at Schorn & Groh, he is also an entrepreneur—founding muto’ GmbH and serving as Managing Director of NUO GmbH.
Sven Görgen – Forestry Expert and Procurement Specialist with an Eye for Quality
Sven Görgen has been part of Schorn & Groh since 2001. After completing his diploma degree in Forest Science at LMU Munich, he spent many years overseeing roundwood purchasing and is one of the company’s key buyers for veneers. He manages the company’s global procurement network, selecting qualities and origins with great care while working closely with production and sales. His strength lies in combining deep material expertise and market knowledge with solution-oriented consulting for industrial partners, furniture manufacturers, and high-end interior design. Since 2025, he has formed the executive management of Schorn & Groh alongside Rolf Loose-Leonhardt. His focus: reliable partnerships, sustainable value creation, and the continuous development of innovative real-wood materials.
