NUO Engravings
There are four different engravings to choose from, ranging in size from 1.7 mm to a maximum of 4 mm. Oak is available in three engravings.

A noble hardwood with a gray-brown to chocolate-brown color and distinct annual rings.

The V-Label marks vegan and vegetarian products. It offers consumers a simple and reliable guide for everyday shopping, providing clarity and confidence. The Karlsruhe TechnologyRegion (TRK) awards the NEO Innovation Prize annually to promote groundbreaking ideas that significantly shape our future. Each year, the award focuses on a different theme. The 2023 NEO call for entries centered on the development of smart or sustainable materials. NUO, the innovative wood textile by Schorn & Groh, secured third place in the public vote.

At Interzum 2023, the renowned interzum award was presented by an international jury of experts to outstanding products from the global supplier industry for furniture and interior design. The most innovative products, manufacturing processes and materials were recognized in the four categories “Function & Components”, “Textile & Machinery” and “Materials & Nature”. In the “Materials & Nature” category, NUO was able to impress and received the highest accolade, the “Best of the Best” award
