The trees grow up to 20-30m high and can have a diameter of up to 1.5m. The wood is different, in general quite decorative. The color of the wood varies from golden yellow to light brown and is striped with dark, black-brown to black lines. The pores are medium to large. The high content of oil makes the hard wood easy to polish and has a pleasant smell.
