Macoré Pommele - Real wood veneer from Schorn & Groh

Macoré Pommele

Character / Color

Makore pommele is a variety of standard goods with a highly decorative character and vivid wood texture. Its mottled appearance results from the conjunction of more or less regularly occurring quilted figures. The wood has a characteristic and relatively homogenous reddish tone. The light red to reddish brown wood is faintly figured on the tangential and, lightly striped on the radial surface, where sometimes decorative lustrous stripes can be found.
